My aim as an instructor is to train the client to apply weight training, cardio, and nutrition to enhance the high-satisfaction in their life. Training
I have a four phase scale of training programs that will help gradually build your progress over time. I call them the four phases of success.
The Developmental phase is where I will teach you how to properly lift the correct way which only takes a week to do. This phase will last for only a week.
The Beginner phase is where I will teach you workouts that will gradually grow your muscle memory as time goes on in the process.
The Intermediate Phase is where you'll be advancing in areas where I will add on specific workouts to fit your goals.
The Advanced phase is where you'll be groomed to the point where you have all capabilities of knowing how to workout without my provision.
